Because The Villages Clinical Laboratory has its own on-site testing laboratory, where most of our tests are performed, we strive to provide results to your physician the same day you come in for testing. However, some tests may be sent to our reference laboratory in which case results may take several days or weeks to return. As soon as the results are available, they will be faxed to the ordering physician and to up to two additional physicians.

Copies of you results can only be given to you with written permission from the ordering physician, as required by
Florida law. The only exception is Patient-Directed tests.
